Raya Brass Band is looking forward to a great week with

  • a fine Brazillian/Balkan/Cajon/Balkan/Argentinian mashup at Public Assembly on Wednesday
  • an appearance at Radegast Biergarten on Thursday
  • a benefit for Alchemy Dance Theater on Friday
  • celebrating the 2010 opening of the Brooklyn Flea on Saturday
  • and a concert at the Queens Library on Sunday.

And don’t miss Balkan Shout Out 2010 with AE, Zlatne Uste and Red Baraat with their bangin Bhangra & brass funk as part of a benefit for the East European Folklife Center at everybody’s favorite little social hall in the East Village on Saturday night.
