A Russian Halloween at Galapagos

WHAT: Celebrate Halloween weekend featuring music, magic and mystery. Dress up as your favorite character from Mikhail Bulgakov’s novel or as you please and join us for an evening featuring live music, a Tarot card reader, face painting, photography booth, magic acts, dance party and more!

39th Annual NYC Village Halloween Parade

Raya Brass Band will NOT be in the Halloween Parade this year, but as the music director of the parade, I’d encourage you to come out and hang with one of the 44 bands coming to play in the parade. Full list here: http://halloween-nyc-music.com/2011/10/bands-for-2011/ – they will be lining up in the park near Sixth Avenue and Spring Street at about 5:30. Parade steps off at 7 pm. Come down and find your favorites. It’s a sort of a Halloween HONK!
